This property is very convenient to concerts at TD at the Mann center. The space was comfortable, and quiet, but it would be a plus if coffee was available for the morning . If you are going to visit the zoo or concert venue, I highly recommend the close proximity. 4 stars ⭐️

DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us.

STAY AWAY,Pics are doctored up.This is in a basement ,each room has its own keypad on door &very small rooms ,bathrooms are about 3 foot by 3 foot .And worry of all .We were down there from California for my first grandchild to have a 1/4 of his left lung removed at Philly Children’s hospital after being flown from California immediately after birth.So I had to leave my 3 daughters at the room cause not allowed to visit .About 10 minutes after leaving ,they call and ask me if I just put the key code in the door to our room and open the door then shut it .This terrified me,because it was not me .So after going through hell in traffic to get to the hospital and pay for parking .Had to turn around and haul butt back to room because my daughters were terrified.I contacted the host and told them I could no longer stay due to someone having the code to the place and opening the door without knocking or anything.They said they understood and would refund me .That was over 6 days ago . I haven’t worked since the 28th of August due to this emergency and money is extremely tight .I told them I would not write a bad review if they just refunded me .And well here we are .So I paid 400 for this place for 3 nights .Had to leave because of the danger to my family.And spend another 400 at another hotel .I will remove this review if I eventually get refunded ,or at least edit it .But until then STAY AWAY AS ALL COST.P.S The parking they claim.Not permitted between 8am-10pm.Street till then. 👎
