When I opened the door to get into the motel the whole lock pushed through and fell on the floor. My son was with me and he put it back in the door. It could be easily pushed in and out.Also I had to have the clerk turn on the air conditioner because there was no turn-on button. The clerk put a key in a hole and pushed on something to turn it on. When I left I had to unplug it to get it off.

A bit disappointed 😞

We went to enjoy the out doors of bensalem, the room was okay the bathroom wss a bit dirty, the tub had rust and we couldn't enjoy a bath. We even left mid stay.

Flies in room, broken toilet paper holder ( dangerous) very slippery tub floor, broken vanity cabinet, volume on tv remote not working ( had same room last month and same issues) the flies were new.

Very disappointing

The ad states that they sanitize, as well as posters in the office, but the bathroom was filthy. The main room was not much better. The air conditioner was missing buttons. I knew that this would be a bare bones rental, but was not prepared for how run down and dirty it was.

I've stayed here a couple times of the past 2 weeks. The nightly price is good, but each room I've been in, had bug issues. 1st I saw a crayfish on the bathroom sink and the shower had someones hair in it, so it looked like the room wasn't properly cleaned before visitors came, had been moved to another room and it wasn't bad until I seen a spider as soon as I walked in the bathroom and it didnt look like a common spider you'd come across in the house. My next stay, I came across 3 spiders throughout the day, all in the bathroom. All these rooms seemed like they weren't cleaned well and there was not only stains on the blankets on the beds, but the last room had stains on the mattress itself ( I check for bed bugs ).

Too much money for the service

I believe for the price we pay, it was not worthy. towels very small and too old. I have styed in places like that before and paid about half the price. I do not blame it and i hope the owner does not take it personal, but it was not worthy the price.

A family owned and run motel. It is a very old property that they are obviously working on themselves. However, the beds are clean, the heat, ac and hot water all wirk. It is a bed for the night.
