We had a wonderful Valentines Getaway! What a sweet spot of the city to be in, everything is close to walk to and the apartment itself is cute, clean and easy to locate. Great bars and restaurants close by and it has a special charm about being on the 4th floor! Very Private!

great option in a walkable area accessible to all of downtown philly. Property could use some upgrading, the faux balcony door don't have locks which is odd. Overall for the price and location its a good deal.

Quite loud after hours with waste collection trucks and a dj/ party happening each night. The space itself was a better option in our opinion to a hotel. More space, dining table, washer dryer if you needed it, and a large shower.
