We had a really comfortable stay here and would definitely come back. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family, especially after long days out. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. Breakfast was convenient and had a good variety to start the day without any stress. There is a parking fee, which is something to keep in mind when booking, but overall it was a great, reliable option for our stay. 😊

Pros: -The room was a great size. It fit my whole family, comfortably. The couch is like a trundle bed which was a great plus. -The beds were comfortable. -You are right across the street from Sesame Place. So you can walk over and save on parking. -There are multiple restaurants near by -They have a pool and gym, but we didn't go check it out. Cons: -The wall was dirty. -We couldn't control the temperature in the room. -I requested a bottom level as I have a busy toddler and they couldn't accommodate which led to a noise complaint. -They charge you a daily $20 to park. Had no idea prior to booking, but just a heads up. Cheaper than sesame's parking price.

Most of the staff was very kind. The room was just okay. Bed were uncomfortable.. water was lukewarm at best. Couldnt turn on bathroom light at night for fear of waking anyone up because it lit up the whole room. Bathroom door did not slide closed all the way.

So conveniently located to sesame place, restaurants, and shopping areas. They hotel really catered to the families staying there for sesame place even playing Sesame Street during breakfast. The staff was very sweet and kind to our kids.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and large. Super close to Sesame Place. Picked hotel based on indoor pool hot tub but Indoor pool needs renovating. Hot tub didn’t work. Room with pool was too cold to even enjoy the pool. Could not use Netflix on tv. Dominos won’t deliver to the hotel. Breakfast was good though. And breakfast staff was very nice. Parking was only $10.
