We stayed there a night. Beds were soft and the window blind wouldn’t close. Hotel is a bit dated and I hope the management will do something to give a charming look to this beautiful hotel right in the campus. Having said that hotel is neat, location is great, Eat out options right out of the hotel , courteous and helpful staff, licaurous walk for relaxing walk. Overall, great stay.

The rooms were very clean and lovely, but parking was quite limited and you have to pay for it. You also have to access the hotel through a back alley to Temple University. There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms, though you can use one in the basement. This location is most useful if you have business at the university.

The property was amazing and the staff was incredible! The little coffee shop with bagels and pasteries was perfect to grab something quick in the morning. While the location being on campus helped create a safe feeling despite the surrounding area, IT WAS SO LOUD. We heard college kids screaming and carrying on until the wee hours of the morning. If I was 10 years younger I think I would not have minded. This does not seem to be something the property has control over though, so I would not fault them!

Location is everything here. Located on campus of Temple University. Close to Orange line so way to access to Philly via Septa. Furnishings and decor are older but acceptable. Carpet is kinda gross so make sure to bring slippers or shoes to wear in your room.

This is our third time staying here. Staff is always so kind and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Some new upgrades will be coming soon that we're excited about. It sits in a perfect place surrounded by many restaurants and shops that you can shop at well secured area safe and we come here every year for our convention at the Liacouras center. So this sits so close and it's just walking distance. It does need a little TLC but they're all minor things. I highly recommend.

I booked for my daughter’s graduation from Temple Law — I wanted the closest as possible in case it was 100 degrees. It was chilly and rainy AF so it was perfect and convenient. Not at all fancy but affordable and what you need. Staff were great.
