The room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. I had difficulty finding the hotel at night. My gps was confused and circled the block numerous times. It needs bigger signs outside the hotel. The location is good and safe.

The Windsor Suites
Everyone on staff was extremely courteous and efficient. Room was spotless and comfortable. Location was great. We were able to walk to restaurants, museums and subway. Thank you!

Doubletree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport
Staff were short tempered with other guests and made me feel unhelpful. Bathroom has rust in it especially the tub. Shower head had too much water pressure. Room 337 might be one of the worst rooms I’ve stayed at in my life. Chairs had lots of personal germs all over them (disgusting). The bed was ...

Clean. Smells nice. Beds were very comfortable. Liked getting purified water bottles at end of the hallway.Toilets didn’t flush great and needed a couple flushes. But otherwise a very nice stay.
