"Years back this must have been a great hotel. Now, it’s simply too old and lacks the investment. Reception lacked staff. Messages I kept sending through hotels.com were never responded to. So, 3 weeks later, I finally decided to give them a call to book my airport transfer. The size of the room and the food are the only 2 things that were pleasant about the hotel. Other than that, it totally needs a major renovation. It must include more staff on duty. The English proficiency of reception staff...
