Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
The property around the room was duty, we had problems flushing the toilet, the shower water was cold, they have plastic underneath the sheets of your bed, the tv very old. The staff were very helpful and polite though.

The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom.
