"Room clean, comfortable bed, good storage space for clothes and desk for working or eating at. Bathroom nice set up, great shower. Exercise room 1bike,1 treadmill, pool area excellent, outdoor fire pit great addition. Room has single shot espresso machine,hot water pot but not traditional coffee and coffee in lobby not out till 7am ( this needs to be at least by 6am) only filtered water is in gym but not lobby. Nice to have key pad to door instead of having to keep track of a card. Did not eat at restaurant. Plenty of outdoor seating, great landscaping w/ Great location! I’d have a hard time choosing somewhere else to stay on my next trip, could have easily of stayed a week… Relaxing and quiet."

"Nice looking apartment. WiFi was slow and NO hot water!! Was bummed about that since there was 5 of us who needed to shower. Thought we found a bedbug but turns out it was a little beetle the front staff verified it. They promised a discount but will see if it happens with the return deposit. "

"I loved everything about this hotel except the beds and pillows. I wasn’t able to sleep well at all. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were clean and the free snacks were a nice touch. A TV in the bedroom would also be nice. After a long day, sometimes you’d rather watch tv in bed instead of the living room. "

"Overall nice property. Mini fridge in room wouldn’t close completely and light in shower wasn’t functioning either. "

"Lack of communication between employees had us waiting for the free airport shuttle for over 45 minutes. Called the number provided 3 times to see where the shuttle was and why it wasn’t showing up and the desk clerk said “make sure to go to the share ride side.” Later found out the bus was going to the opposite side where the cell phone lot was. Mentioned this when checking into the hotel and were told we would be reimbursed for having to pay for uber after waiting for so long for the shuttle that never came to share ride side of pickup but never received reimbursement. Desk clerk gave email to contact for a cash refund reimbursement but never responded to email and wasn’t seen again since check in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel. The main reason I booked was specifically for the free airport shuttle and this was the first problem encountered from the hotel. Was highly disappointed from first impression but everything else turned out fine. "
