"This hotel is a little jewel in the middle of downtown Tempe! I really enjoyed my time here. The rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff very friendly. I travel to Tempe frequently and will definitely stay at this hotel from now on."

"Ample room for 8 people. Great entertainment of foosball, ping pong and pool. Darts provided did not match the type of board to be played on. Staff assisted well with door entry. Very attentive to my needs and resolved my concern well. "

"Place was a total embarrassment. I paid for my days to stay then decided to add another night through Expedia. Expedia is great; the baymont said I never even showed up. So after we stayed for a few days the desk manager came and said we must leave or the cops will be called. Horrible all the way around. I did eventually get a refund. That explains it all."
