"My room was located "On the street" not beside the street! When I opened the door of my room I could touch cars! I turned the air conditioner on during the night to prevent street noises, but the noise of air conditioner was worse! Overall, I couldn't sleep whole night!"

"We had a great stay at the AC Marriott in Tempe—our room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the overall hotel experience exceeded expectations. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and had a great variety of options that felt a step above your typical hotel breakfast. Everything was consistently stocked and presented nicely, making it an enjoyable way to start the day. A special shoutout to Logan, who was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, kept the area spotless, and brought a positive, welcoming energy that really stood out. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the breakfast experience even better. The only small hiccup came at the very end when we requested a one-hour late checkout. The front desk staff member we spoke with was a bit rude and came across as petty about the request. That said, we were still able to get a complimentary 30-minute extension, which we appreciated. Overall, a very positive stay, and we’d definitely come back."
