"We had a great time. The room was fantastic, my kids loved the pool and clubhouse, staff were very helpful. The area overall, sure it is a little sketchy. But I would not think twice about staying at this proeprty again. "

"This was our first time staying here and we stayed here for the Women's Final Four. Everything was nice. There was a train that was close by and we hardly heard it. The rooms were nice and modern. Bathroom is a little small, especially the shower but its functional. Also the hotel is close to many eating places and walking distance. No complimentary breakfast. Also there is a $20 parking fee per day. Other than that we had a nice stay here. I would recommend this place. "

"Room not ready at check in. I had my daughter on crutches and asked for a room near elevator. After more than two hours (5 PM) waiting for a room, we were given a room across the large courtyard, 3rd floor and down two corridors……..NOT close to an elevator. The disabled parking was always taken. Otherwise staff was very courteous and helpful. The manager took off the resort fee since we left very early in the morning which was nice of her. "
