"I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Downtown Phoenix and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel has a clean, modern aesthetic with stylish decor that feels both upscale and comfortable. The rooms are well-designed, with a sleek layout, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches like USB charging ports and a spacious shower. Everything was spotless and felt fresh. The large windows let in lots of natural light, and the blackout shades made it easy to sleep in when needed. The staff was friendly and professional — check-in was quick and seamless. I also really appreciated how quiet the hotel was, even though it's in the heart of downtown. The location is excellent — walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, the AC Hotel puts you close to everything without feeling chaotic. Overall, I highly recommend the AC Hotel Downtown Phoenix. It’s a clean, modern, and relaxing place to stay in the middle of all the action."

Comfortable and convenient

"For the price of the room, it was brilliant and comfortable stay and a nice easy walk to the city centre (downtown). The room was cleaned daily and was comfortable. The staff was responsive and very helpful. Will definitely save this hotel for whenever I’m back in Phoenix."

Love the location…and their pillows!

"From calling ahead, to arriving, checking in, during our stay and checking out… everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in downtown and so many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We drove in from Las Vegas for a MLB game at Chase Field. The hotel is not that far and if it was cooler, we would have walked but we took a Lyft and walked back after the game. The only downfall was that the food venues were closed or close to closing after the game. Other than that, I would definitely come back and stay! Oh! The bed was comfortable and the pillows are excellent! I slept so good during my stay! Wish I could find those pillows, that’s how comfy they were! "

"Hotel was clean, rooms were super clean, rooms are a great size, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and only a 5 min walk to the convention center which was great as it saved us from $30 parking. Girls had fun at the pool! "
