"Nice stay overall. Our sink wasn’t draining well and we had no shower gel upon arrival. Our check in was fine though they didn’t offer any help or suggestions. The water slide was to open at 11 but each day didn’t open until 11:30. This was a drag considering one day the whole falls area was closing at noon to a private event. Both days we had to request they open. Also we had noisy neighbors one night; unfortunately the walls are thin. Overall nice rooms and views. "
