"Very nice hotel "

"My room was dirty, many things did not work or were broken. The carpet was stained and disgusting. I was suppose to stay for 5 nights and only stayed for 1 due to condition of room and property upkeep."

There are great food options nearby, and the whole place is very comfortable and well-organized. The room was clean, cozy, and had nice little touches that made it feel welcoming. The host was wonderful – friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this place, it made our trip even better ✨"

"Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere. For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only if we got a great deal vs the c£670 per night we paid, including breakfast. "
