"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is dated and some areas could use some maintenance. It’s my second stay and I would stay again. The room was quiet. "

"I had a horrible experience here. I will say that the person that checked me in the day I came was extremely nice and helpful. From there it went downhill. I came in at midnight and noticed some things immediately. There was a large water stain or mold on the curtain over the air conditioner that was held together with duct tape. There was a large crack in the sink and the handle was coated in grime. There were rust and dirty spots all over the lamps. The bathroom door had a hole in it that looked as though someone had tried to punch through it. I could hear people out in the parking lot all through the night and there was a singular flip lock the door. The bed was clean, and the floors, but I did not feel safe staying the next two nights alone. Especially since they had a gated parking lot, but it stayed open, and anyone could drive in even if they didn't have a pass. These were just the main issues and I took plenty of pictures. I called Expedia the next morning to tell them I didn't feel comfortable staying. They told me it was non refundable, but said they would try to call the front desk to see if they could get a waiver and they couldn't do much on their end. I do have an open claim with them right now. I ended up checking out the very next morning, and was told by the front desk that Expedia would have to give me a refund. I knew booking it that it wasn't going to be high end, but I could not stay there comfortably as a woman traveling on my own and feel safe. "

"We loved our stay! Having a kitchen was great for breakfast and the washer and dryer were also a plus. The 8th floor has a nice, big gym as well as games and a gorgeous outdoor area. Very convenient to the convention center and arena. Short walk to Chase Field. Will definitely stay there again."

"Traveler beware. This is an airport hotel which I booked for 2 reasons. Airport shuttle and an onsite restaurant in the food desert around Phoenix airport. I waited 1 hour for the airport shuttle in 100 degree heat. You call and no one answers. Call again and if someone picks up you get confusing instructions and rudeness if you ask any questions. And then you wait. And wait. The onsite restaurant is basic bar food and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Drinks the same. Stay away. Never again for me. "
