We were waited on by Favis with kid gloves. The birthday amenities and a big surprise for our anniversary celebration was “awesome” We love the JW Marriott with my Bonvoy membership. "The property was huge and the rooms were quiet, which was so nice! Loved spending our days at the waterpark and nights in the pool or just relaxing. The staff were very attentive both at the hotel and at Hole in the Wall restaurant. Our waiter, James, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area for the family. The only negative that I would say is that the restaurant is crazy expensive. "
