"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were hoping to be able to get a room so our things would not cook in the Phoenix heat in our car. Delaney was very helpful and was able to check us in early. The hotel is in a great area for walking around in the morning. Close to a park with a lake and library. We felt very safe in the area as it is close to many public areas in the Surprise area. Lots of nearby eating places and a nice hotel. We will stay there again on future visits. "

"The property was huge and the rooms were quiet, which was so nice! Loved spending our days at the waterpark and nights in the pool or just relaxing. The staff were very attentive both at the hotel and at Hole in the Wall restaurant. Our waiter, James, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area for the family. The only negative that I would say is that the restaurant is crazy expensive. "
