"There was an unpleasant smell in addition to fruit flies in our room. The occupants on either side and above us were very noisy late into the night, the insulation was completely insufficient. And then, after finally getting to sleep, we were awakened at 2:30 am by the people next door returning to their room, talking loudly and their dog barking. Car alarms went off both nights we stayed waking us up again. Never slept well, would not recommend, and definitely would not stay there again. Worth it to pay more and be surrounded by more considerate guests."

"The A/C wasn’t working properly, went to the front desk in the evening where I was told that there were no more rooms available. Stayed in a room without A/C for 3 days. "

"The bed in our room was extremely old and deteriorated. Worst bed in a motel or hotel I have ever seen. After getting very little sleep we got up early the next morning and found a room at a different hotel. We checked out a day early and was never asked why."

"Our room in the third floor was spotless which was a pleasant surprise because the exterior is a bit rundown. Jim and Alvin were exceptional in helping me check in early since I was traveling from a far. The AC was ok when I walked into my room which is extra appreciated as AZ is so hot right now. Wish there was a bottle of lotion offered as most hotels do. Room was spiffy clean. Breakfast was a little lack later with only a sausage patty as a protein. The oatmeal and its toppings is plentiful though. "

"The floors needed to be clean, roaches everywhere even dead ones in the drawers. Room did not feel clean at all the 3 days I stayed there."

"This was less than mediocre, it felt dirty (walls and carpet were stained and cracked). The kind of place I felt like I should wear my shoes indoor and flip flops in the bathroom. There’s no housekeeping unless you ask, however when I asked for a new garbage bag the housekeeper just smiled and said “no”. The garbages where the breakfast was were constantly over flowing. They advertised “free airport shuttle” however what they meant was “we may or may not answer to order you an uber”. In our case no one answered when we called so we just paid for our own uber, when we got to the hotel all they said was “oh that’s weird”. No offer for reimbursement, no apologies. The pool is not heated, even in 40 degree weather it was too cold to truly enjoy. Also not in the sun for the entire day so go in the morning/afternoon if you want to be in the sun. The breakfast was typical (fake eggs, possibly bacon or sausage) the waffles/waffle station was delicious though! I will probably not stay here again."

"The front desk staff was wonderful. There was an issue with facility service trying to work on our room’s lock system at night without telling us. After the situation was addressed, the managerial staff communicated what changes they would make moving forward. I felt listened to and I do believe they aim to satisfy their patrons. "

"My review is in no way directed at the staff at the front desk. They were all very kind. But this hotel was awful. I checked into my first room and walked in and was immediately slammed with the smell of cigarettes. I went back to the front desk and they moved me to another room. The second room I went to had a different odor. The smell was stomach churning. Almost like someone poured sweet tea on the walls and let it ferment. I opened the window and blasted the AC hoping to air it out and left for a few hours. It didn't help. I thought I could make it through the night and would become nose blind to the smell, but the smell was so bad it kept waking me up throughout the night. Finally, at around 11:45pm I asked the lady at the front desk if I'm could move rooms again or get a refund. Due to no fault of her own, she was unable to accommodate my request, so I just turned my key card in and left to sleep in my car instead."
