"Clean Room-Exceptional staff-Beautiful Property -Great Location for getting to the sights and train with short taxi ride though just Ok for walking around due to traffic and limited sidewalk space. The staff was exceptional. Vy helped tremendously in assisting with logistics to maximize our limited time in Hue. Alice at the phenomenal buffet was very attentive and friendly through out our hours long feast:) Tranquil refreshing ( chilly at night) pool and lovely Saunas , steam and hot stone, within impeccably clean expansive shower area with helpful attendant. We wish we had more nights to enjoy our stop at Indochine Palace. "

"The hotel itself was great. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were really nice. They helped me arrange a private car for a trip I wanted to do. My only issue was the area was very loud. There was loud music playing outside until after 10:00. Which the hotel can't control what happens outside, so that's not their fault. It was just really loud. "

"We booked this hotel last minute and are so glad we did. The entire property is gorgeous, beautifully maintained and super comfortable. Our room was very large, high ceilings, lovely balcony, huge bathroom, great beds, fabulous breakfast. And all of the staff was attentive and friendly. Even the outdoor grounds, pool and gardens were lovely in spite of poor weather. Can’t recommend this property highly enough."
