"There is NO beach. It’s like a rundown marina. The closest beach is 40 mins. There is nothing close to the stay. I wish I booked something in the center of the city because it was nearly impossible to get a taxi or a grab. And when you did it was very expensive ($40 CAD). Its not worth booking this place to save money. Also the address brings you about 3 blocks away from the actual property. You have to walk through sketchy streets. Its a shame because the staff is so sweet."

"Front desk staff were exhausted at times due to some of the counterproductive hotel policies which means everyone has to check in twice as they are not allowed to check anyone in before 3pm. They were apologetic and polite but many other customers seemed frustrated and it also meant There was always a constant queue and they didn’t seem to have many breaks as it was always the same front desk staff during our stay.
Pros: they offer a 10% discount on your vin tickets.
The bar staff are wonderful, friendly and make a great cocktail! We really recommend and enjoyed our conversations. (The food wasn’t great. Night caps only!)
Cons: I suggest you use your check in day to arrive early and buy your vinwonders or safari ticket on day of arrival as on day of departure (even if it’s early in the morning) they won’t provide you with the 10% discount they offer which we had purchased before. We didn’t want to do the two parks in the same day (the safari isn’t feasible for most people unless you buy fast passes) and it closes at 4pm. They really have to be done on two separate days.
The breakfast buffet was very hectic and unenjoyable. A lot of people pushing to get food an tea (there is usually a second buffet in the back of the area) and suggest you go for that one unless it’s close to the end of the buffet time. They are missing hot tea refills and milk so that is difficult if you need your morning caffeine.
I wouldn’t book more than two days at this resort.

"The room was beautiful and spacious and lovely outlook.
If you want a peaceful place to stay 20-30 min taxi ride from main areas, the accomodation is good, but there is literally nothing around so you are kind of stuck there or hire a scooter or driver.
We originally booked for 7 nights but left after 5 nights as just too quiet, the owner refunded some of the cost which was very nice as non- refundable and we chose to move.
The improvements we would suggest would be to keep the cats and dogs away from the main eating area. Dogs kind of lazed about and did not bother people, but the cats and kittens meow constantly when you are eating and some guests feed them encouraging. I am not a cat fan and having them constantly around my ankles was not pleasant.
The other improvement is to serve cocktails in the pool from lunch through to diner. The staff are there as restaurant open from about 11am through to end of dinner, but several times when we asked for a drink we were told no cocktails until dinner! "
"The pool was great, shallow and therefore very warm, but due to the design lots of areas to get away from people and seperate kids pool area.
The rooms were comfy and bathrooms pretty clean. Sweeping behind the doors is something all hotels should check as there were long black hairs behind the door which was not very pleasant.
The breakfast buffet has a very large selection, food is pre cooked so things like eggs or bacon or hash browns lose freshness unless you wait for a fresh batch. But selection very good.
Improvements I would suggest would be to allow pool bar/ laundry etc to be charged to your room. Paying for everything cash or card as you go is annoying as who wants to have cash or card on them by the pool?
The other thing was checkout and the bus to airport. The checkout guy told me to wait ten minutes whilst housekeeping checked the room. I told him I would sit and wait in corner of the lobby. He never came back. 40 mins later I tried to get on the bus and told I needed to checkout. I went back to desk, guy apologises for forgetting and another guy tells me I can now get on the bus. I walk back to the bus. The bus guy says I need a ticket from housekeeping. I go back to the front desk, the desk guys says no just get on the bus! In the end I had to get bus guy to reluctantly come with me to the desk so they could talk to each other - and eventually I was let on the bus! Things like this really should not happen! But little gripe for an overall pleasant stay."
"Clean room, good amenities, friendly staff. Busy but Didn’t feel over crowded. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but staff was quick to address during our stay which was very much appreciated. Also shout out to young gentleman who works at the airport Pullman desk (unfortunately didn’t get his name - he was there on our arrival & departure. went above & beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure, thank you so much!)"
"There are two things we particularly like about this resort. First, there are two swimming pools, which give guests good options for relaxing. We especially enjoyed the villa section, with its small tree-lined paths where we took a walk every day.
The breakfast offers a good variety, and the seating area provides plenty of comfortable options. We dined at the seafood restaurant three times and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the resort.
If we come back next time, we will probably book a bigger room. One thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi, as it was quite slow in our room and in the dining area."
