They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. "This is a beautiful villa stay in Hoi An for 3 nights! We've booked the ground-level room with the built-in jacuzzi tub. The whole place is beautifully designed just like in the pictures.
