"We had a great time at TMS Hotel. All the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and did an excellent job taking care of the guests. I have stayed at a good number of five-star hotels before, both in Asia and Europe, but I was particularly impressed with how well they run this place. We traveled with a baby and initially struggled with bathing him. When I mentioned this to the hotel staff, they went out of their way to provide us with a small plastic bathtub for the baby, which was a thoughtful gesture. I'm also grateful for how well they took care of us during breakfast. We were traveling in a large group and with a baby. The staff, especially Mr. Phuoc, paid close attention to our needs and made arrangements so we could sit together. He even provided us with a table with a sofa seat so our little one had space to roll around comfortably. We stayed there for nearly two weeks and had a wonderful experience."
