The front desk and concierge staff was helpful and friendly. The room cleaning crew did a poor job. They didn't come two days and did not replace dirty glasses with new, clean ones.

This is a cheap taxi ride from the airport, and is right next to the river, just along from the Dragon Bridge. When we arrived the wear was bad but we found the shopping mall just behind the hotel good to kill some time. The hotel concierge was great in arranging a taxi for us to visit the Ba Na Hills the next day.

Hotel was nice. Safe walkable area. We got the suite and it was beautiful right about the river. Elevator needs ac- got warm. Our room had ac issue in the living room but other than that loved the stay. Beautiful property

Very modern and clean hotel. Breakfast was very good, had western food. Located in front of river and had view to Dragon Bridge. I would stay again.
