I love the property and all the worker at this hotel. The room was perfect and the staff is the best. The check in staff is the nicest of all time. Now let’s talk about the restaurant it was so delicious and I’m a great cook so I know good food. I been to 61 countries so I will know great service and food. This property should NOT BE A 5 star hotel! At most it should be a 4 star hotel!! Unknown how they got the 5 star. Shower was leaking into the toilet area because the seals were worn out, cabinets were not closing properly, and some lights were not turning on. Other than that, staff was very good, buffet was great, amenities were good.

Beautiful rooms and wonderful staffing. It is located right beside the Han River and the Dragon Bridge is easily visible to see the shows on the weekends. I always enjoy staying at this establishment when in Da Nang.
