"Enjoyed the views of the river and the pool from our balcony. Very tranquil and the rooms were decent sized. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable even after a delayed check in. Highlight of the trip was using the bicycles to visit the city centre free of charge. Would come back! "

"Stayed for nine days at this property. Great room, great breakfast, service of high quality, all staff very attentive and responsive to my questions and comments. Great laundry service as well. The property is very family friendly. They have courses like cooking and pottery, plus they can arrange day trips to various sights. It is not brand new and it has a few condition issues regarding lighting in stairs at night and other minor issues which I raised and staff duly took note of. I have stayed at far more expensive places that provided neither the service, nor the overall quality of experience Hoi An Historic Hotel does. It's one of the best values for money I've ever had in more than two decades of my tourism and business travel worldwide. Keep in mind, if you visit during the summer, weather is very hot and humid so you have to hydrate and electrolyte accordingly."

"Great hotel, located next to the beach, amazing staff, great spa massage, has a good gym with AC, great breakfast. Internet speed is okay, but is not 250 or 500+ mbps as advertised. It varies based where you are (floor & corner in the room), ranges from 30 to 60 mbps."
