Stayed here for 5nights in June.
Arrived in the evening after sundown; as the outdoor area was dimly lit, it may be a bit of a challenge for your transfer driver to locate the Villa.
The key(s) to the property were left in a box located at the main door; again due to the external lighting of the property, it could be hard to locate if it's your first time there. Furthermore as the keys are unlabelled, it may take some time to fiddle around to figure which ones gave you access. My tip would be to use the automated gate remote to access, but this leads you through the garage entrance.
The property itself is huge (by Singaporean standards) and most of it works fine and decently kept. There are bits and pieces which seemed poorly maintained but that's if you're being very discerning.
Kitchen is equipped with pretty much anything you'll need and ordering via FoodPanda for food and groceries solves other livability issues.
Location is far off from anything worthwhile so do be prepared to spend a fair bit for transport.
Overall it's worth the money spent; but do watch out for the electricity bill at the end during checkout. They clearly mention it in the property information but an overall gauge of the costs could come on handy. Spent approx 3500thb after 5 nights on the utilities.
