Friendly staff. Suite was big and nice and clean. Well located in Crema with train station and city centre within 10 minute walk. Continental breakfast selection which was tasty. Bicycle paths everywhere in Crema including straight from the hotel. Bed was large, comforable with a selection of pillows and cushions. Lots of cupboard space for clothing. Really liked my stay here.

The hotel was very nice and overall good. However when they changed the sheets the next day, my pillow had a stain on it. Didnt want to cause a fuss though so i didnt say anythjng.
