"Thought staff service, property, and cleanliness were excellent. Small things to improve: We had a wonderful room, however, the shower was a tub shower and it was a deep tub so stepping in and out was precarious- could have used a grab bar at the back of the shower. We also had a nice patio but the table on it was very small - would be good to get a slightly larger table. Breakfast was good but the scrambled eggs did not taste like eggs- I think because there may have been a lot of cream in them. You could order an omelette/frittata for a good bit extra. Also, they never had any berries for fruit, but you could order them separately for 18 francs!! We only had a hamburger for dinner there but the reviews on the restaurant were not good. Most people said great service, food was overpriced and not that good. "

We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations.
