Terrible experience

"Firstly, this hotel is not connected to the airport regardless what they advertise on hotels.com. it is a taxi ride away, it took me 15 minutes in a taxi from domestic arrivals to get there. I expect it would take a little less for International arrivals. Either way, it's a lie and it's not connected to the airport in any way whatsoever. I got to check in and was told they didn't have my booking, I spent 30 minutes on my phone communicating with Hotels.com customer service trying to sort it out. I was left with the only option of paying for a room directly at the hotel because I hadn't paid for the room when i booked it which was lucky. In all honesty, I was happy. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. Very dated."

"Staying there as I was on a morning flight and it’s near the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. However smell of cigarettes smoke along the corridor but was glad the room was free of the cigarette smell. Air con and hot water was good. Towels and cup was wrapped and kettle was clean. Good value at this price. The hotel provides free airport shuttle service but it is very “packed” and driver not helpful to organise. Better off taking your own transportation (RMB18+/-) Very quiet district with enough choice for meal and breakfast. "

Do not waste time here

"Such a terrible hotel for this price. So tired looking and the facilities there are practically zero.. Smoking guests all around and all they could do was provide a fan because we could not open up the balcony because of the heavy smoking from the room beside us."
