"The gentleman who checked me in wore no jacket or tie, just a very wrinkled shirt. He also sounded rather condescending and tried to convince me to cancel my Expedia booking for some reason. The shelves in room 415 are so narrow that one can hardly put anything on them. Calling the elevator is hit-and-miss. The room was very nice, though, quiet, and overall well-appointed. The location is excellent. At check-out, Cristina was exceedingly patient, competent, and helpful. Despite my "complaints," I am strongly considering staying there again."

"Great location, near the metro and the airport bus stops. Walkable distance to the old town and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was varied and has many options. All the staff we encountered during our stay were very helpful. Daria from the Club Lounge was especially friendly and welcoming! Our room was on the upper floor so we had great views and the window seat was a lovely bonus to enjoy the views!"
