"Everything. Beautifully furnished room,quite unique,comfy large bed ,fantastic brand new shower,huge sink,lovely bathroom, spotlessly clean throughout.
Blackout curtains. Excellent lighting. Wonderful breakfast included with table service and s huge selection of food. Pancakes are delicious. .an amazing view from the restaurant on 5th floor.
Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Has great spa facilities but I did not use them.
Right in the centre of Montecatini terme in a great position,5 mins by foot from train station and bus stop .
All the amenities and shops on your doorstep, restaurants, cafes,etc.
Can't fault it and would definitely return and recommend it.to anyone.

"Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Great location for walking to the spas in the main Square as well as the train station. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel. only negative was we tried to have dinner in the dining room one night and just didn’t care for the food, but there are lots of options in the neighborhood. Breakfast were OK."
