"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! "Good communication with management through WhatsApp. The taxi dropped us off one minute from the property. Very cozy top floor with only a few steps. "Hotel Duomo is perfectly located for exploring Orvieto. The hotel is stylishly decorated and room 204 was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and tasty. The sour cherry tart was delicious. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly especially Pietro who helped secure us a taxi after midnight as we missed our train at Rome. Riccardo too was very friendly. Pleased we chose Orvieto and Hotel Duomo."
