They came in our room to restock mini bar when provacy was on door. We were told resort fees would be waved although upon check out, they were not. After speaking with a manager, she did honor what we were told. I would recommend this resort to family and friends.

Overall it was a nice property, centrally located on the strip with lots of F&B options. The hotel is so large though that trying to get from your guest room floor back to the casino level could take up to 30 minutes waiting for an elevator. I’m not sure if there were maintenance issues while we were there but this happened every day, every time we tried to leave out floor to get back to the casino.

"Service was good. Daybeds on the beach were not free for guests; only a small discount. This is disappointing as the beach is the main draw of the hotel. Alternatively a pool would have been nice"

Not 5* but a lovely hotel in a great spot.
"Nice hotel but not 5* service. Yes the location is a great spot, they have some glamorous big rooms with sea side views and jacuzzi but it's the service which makes a property 5* that was just lacking. It felt nothing special to what we had elsewhere. It is also becoming very broken and uncared for ..."
