"We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. "Really disappointed in how this stay turned out. First, we chose it for two reasons: Horse riding (which we confirmed in advance we could do) & a "full apartment with kitchen." It was, literally, the most uncomfortable space I've ever slept in. The rooms shown in most of the photos are the OWNER'S apartment in the 2-story building, not the public rooms.
