"The staff members were pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean, although they only clean the room every other day. That was a little disappointing for the amount of money you pay to stay there. We have stayed in so many hotels in NYC and all would clean your room daily. The hotel is in a very good location. I only stayed there because I thought it was the same hotel we stayed in two years ago. By the time I realized I was off by one street over, it was too late to change. We are usually only in the room to sleep, as there is so much to do in NYC. It was fine for that. I would say they need to do some renovations, though. Breakfast was not included, so we didn’t eat there. If you just want a good location and don’t care about how modern the place is, you will be fine. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels, especially at that price point."

"Telephone is not working and no contact list number to call front desk or room service. Coffee maker machine was not working too - we informed to front desk everyday and no replacement. "

"Very cheap pillows and not comfortable bed. I’ve developed neck pain from the pillows and kept waking up in the middle of the night to fix the pillow as it felt like I was on a rock and I had to keep fixing it. The queen bed is not a real queen bed it felt like full size. Two 110 lbs 5’2 girls couldn’t fit in the bed. We had to call and ask if this was for sure a queen bed.. but excellent staff was the only good part of the hotel. Very helpful and sweet customer service. "
