"I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and this property. I stayed back in Feb in the days leading up to the blizzard - Shaq and the team were so incredibly helpful at this time and overall every staff member I met was incredibly thoughtful, considerate and polite. My room was immaculate, obviously the rooms are a little more compact but I never felt without. It is very thoughtfully designed. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll be returning in a couple of weeks. The location is perfect walking distance to really anything you may need. I think this will be my go to place on each NYC visit. "Great staff. Clean room with tv, a bed, a closet, a chair, a bathtub - a great price but few amenities. I had to ask for paper cups ( no glasses) or coffee or chargers. The lobby was striking art deco and there was a café in the hotel where you could get coffee. Also a great location if you want to enjoy Broadway shows and Times Square."
