"Conveient for the centre of town. Good sized room."

"Great location with easy access to major attractions and a beautiful river and sunset view. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Following are the issues I faced: Lack of Transparency / Misleading Information 1. Access to the spa and swimming pool required an additional €20 per person, which was not mentioned in the listing or during the booking process. 2. A €1 mandatory per person per day local tax was only disclosed at check-in. This lack of prior communication puts guests in a position where they have no real choice but to accept the charge. Additional Concerns 1. I paid extra for a king-size bed but was provided with two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses separated during the night, causing discomfort and disturbed sleep. This does not meet expectations when a king bed is specifically booked and paid for. 2. The room was uncomfortably warm. Although the radiator was off, the air conditioning was not operational (only enabled later in the season). Opening the window was not a practical alternative due to significant noise from the nearby road, which further affected sleep quality."

"The hotel is very well located in Riga's old town. Nice clean and quiet room with all that you need. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was above and beyond. The SPA is a great addition to your stay. Take advantage of it. Also, they have a nice restaurant with nice food and polite staff. Overall, well recommended hotel."
