It is a beautiful place to stay! All amenities. Food. Transportation to the park. Fire pits around the property are nice to sit at. Areas for kids to play. Very clean. Everyone very friendly and helpful!

Pool outside and inside was cold and the hot tub you had to be 16 years of age I was with my 13 year old son in the hot tub and they kicked us out good place but very over priced

We also appreciate your understanding of our hot tub rules. The company that certifies our lifeguards, Ellis & Associates, has a policy that unguarded water must have a 16 years of age and up restriction. Greeted by valet service that accommodated our rushed checkin due to reservation change. We found luggage when we got back, in our room. There was a violinist playing in the lobby and later guitars that were excellent. The staff was helpful and courteous. We were first to stay in a newly renovated room- even the hallway carpet is cushy. Excellent place. Will definitely be back.

It is a beautiful resort and the staff and cleanliness are great! However they need to invest in new mattresses! My husband and I travel quite a bit and the mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress we have found in a very long time! Both he and I now will have to make a visit to the chiropractor to get our back and hips out of pain due to the 3 nights we tried to sleep on these beds!

Was a very nice hotel. We were there during the downtime of Dollywood. So there was not very many people in the hotel. But all the staff was helpful and restaurant buffet was spectacular.

Dollywood more than lived up to our expectations for a romantic getaway. We love the Smokies and this gem captures the majesty of the mountains along with the comforts of home and a bunch of little Dolly touches that add to the experience. Quality across the board with engaging staff. 5 stars.

Great Christmas Getaway
This was our first stay here even though we visit the Pigeon Forge area each year. We went over Christmas and the decorations were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and greeted us each time we saw them. The DM Pantry was amazing for food and drinks. We went for coffee often! My husband, who usually complains about hotel beds, loved the bed and slept great! The family suite was great and gave us plenty of space for the 4 of us. We did leave an item in the room, hoping to hear back from the hotel in regards to that. Overall, we will stay again fo sure!

Staff was great! Room air unit was VERY noisy. Carpet was stained. Bathroom wall had stains on it. Chairs in common area by fireplace were very stained. Again staff was too notch!! Food in the restaurant was very good as well.
