The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a small issue with the showers and they sent someone out immediately and it was resolved very quickly. Located close to all the activities in pigeon forge but out enough to make it quiet. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We loved our stay and wanted to extend but the resort was booked out but for a good reason. The property was clean and spacious. We rented the 2 room and 2 bath with a beautiful kitchen. Was our first time there. Did not know it was a timeshare when we got tit through Expedia. Expecting to have to do a presentation, but they were very nice and did not pressure us into a presentation. Very nice place. Eric was very accommodating and very welcoming when we checked in. The rooms were incredible. Thanks for a great stay, guys!
