Refrigerator broken 4. several cabinets broken 5. Balcony over looked first floor patio filled with trash and broken furniture clearly looked like employee break room that had not been cleaned in weeks 5. When I tried to explain the problems I was experiencing staff never let me speak and assumed I did not know how a thermostat or refrigerator works. I was trying to be helpful to explain the problem but front desk never gave me a chance and when I asked her to stop talking to listen to me. funny next day I noticed maintenance there all day - wonder if my observations would have helped"

"This property is absolutely not worth what they’re charging. We stayed in a global suite, which featured cheesy Chinese decor. We went to New Mexico to stay in New Mexican style accommodations! The room was old, dingy, and in need of updates. Landscaping around the property is sloppy. The pool is lovely, but had to close for a portion of our stay and staff was not apologetic or helpful in terms of when it would reopen. "
