"The staff couldn’t have done more for us. We had such a mare when we arrived to San Pedro, leaving keys to our house back in the UK and having to book a last minute hotel. Thankfully we relaxed as soon as we stepped foot into Traíña. Reception staff were lovely. Allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room to a huge terrace, explained where everything was and how it all works. Made us laugh and feel so much better about our situation! "This place is ok, although it has the potential to be lovely. Its having a rebuild at the moment, but silly rules like a deposit for towels and not being able to use your room ones and having to pay to rent a certain type of sun bed really let it down. They also didnt supply coffee in the rooms. Location is ok etc, hotel again could make up for it. Overall we would stay again because of how close to torreviaja it is, otherwise wouldnt rush back until they sorted the basics. Theres Shower was great and bed was lovely in a superior room."

"Large clean room. Daily cleaning if required. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food for breakfast and an option to warm your food in a Microwave. Bar food was excellent quality with reasonable prices. Swimming pool quite small but excellent size area for sunbathing and plenty of sunbeds available."

"Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury. They ticked most boxes for a 4 star hotel by doing the absolute minimum: most amenities are there, but crammed into a space the size of a caravan. But the worst part was how noisy it is. There is no form of insulation, so you hear everything the neighboring guest say or do, even when they have the tv on. Unfortunately for us, in our case this went on until the early hours of the morning. When informing the staff of the hotel, they didn't really address it or what they did, had no effect. We pretty much had three nights there with little sleep. Also, cigarette smoke came into our room from the next balcony throughout the night. I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel."
