The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. Front desk helped with taxis, and fares were under 20 euro to the colosseum and Vatican. "We reserved two rooms about 5 or 6 monthsago. Upon arrival we were shocked to learn it was one room only! The owner livia sent us to another place that was disgusting! I did not sleep a wink! I don’t feel O was compensated appropriately! She said it is rated as 2 and her place is similar. Her place is clean and inviting. NOT that other place. I’d like to discuss this with someone further.
