"I've stayed here years ago and was ok. Now it's been remodeled and was great."

"We arrived at the hotel shortly after 730 pm and there was an envelope left with keys and our name on it. There was a note that said for emergencies, call a number. I didn't have an emergency but I was wondering about how to use the gas grill and if t h ey had utensils for the grills, and I didn't think that who was emergency level, so I didn't call them.They also had all several bikes which supposedly were for use, but I didn't think it was an emergency either. Then, when we were about to checkout, there was a similar sign that said the front desk person was on premises and would be right back. By the time I loaded my car, she was back. But i did not feel that there was an appropriate level of service for our stay. The property has a nice location by a small lake, and is walkable to Nisswa even at night. I realize I got a good price on Memorial day, but I'd say this was an average at best stay."

"The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came. The waiter brought a to - go container thinking we got it ! He apologized and said he check on it! After a hour passed we said to just bring the bill. We were charged for it anyway and the server was so busy we never saw him again. We just paid the $63.00 and my husband went without a meal. Apparently, very short staffed."
