"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. They came and looked at but didn't fix or give us different room. During using the washroom, I noticed that there was a water leak from the tube. Called receptionist and complained. A plumber came middle of the night tried more than an hour. They didn't offer another room. I tried to sleep last part of the night but couldn't due to smelly blanket and pillow....

"We stayed at this hotel twice in the past when it was under Four Points Sheraton. Front desk service was magnificent then. This time we booked multiple rooms for multiple days. The restaurant service during breakfast was amazing. Food was superb and the restaurant staff was very attentive and cordial. However, the rooms were not so clean and the towels were definitely quite worn out. Management needs to look into replacing the towels."
