"This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. With each step we took, we were afraid our feet would break through the floor, it was incredibly squeaky and uneven. The outlets were inconveniently located. "The hotel was simple but the room was clean with new fittings and bedding. The staff were very good, always available and very helpful. I only stayed 2 nights and did not use any of the amenities so can’t comment on them. If you’re just using it to sleep it’s great value. I would go again."

"This hotel was amazing, they welcomed us with a coca tea to help with elevation. This hotel was a humble , clean and very attentive. The security of the hotel was amazing as well, I felt extremely safe. Breakfast was included and it was huge and tasteful, extremely filling. I loved this hotel and how they made us feel. We will definitely return."

"This was an amazing hotel, clean spacious quiet rooms. The staff was more than just helpful. They were very accommodating and always met us with a smile and a greeting. With warm teeth, Breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area were very pleasant. Laundry services were available. Shops were nearby as we were right off the main old town Square. The location was fabulous. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff very helpful and polite. They offer free airport collection and breakfast bags for early pick ups for tours. Location is great, only a short walk to the main square and most tours pick up from hotel. Only issues were the water wasn’t very warm on the first night and having a room that overlooks the courtyard can be very loud at times, especially on days where there is live music and you have an early start the next morning."

"The property was extremely nice and we especially enjoyed the Cocoa Tea and cookies served daily in the lobby. We also loved he beautiful courtyard and seating with easy entry into the bar and the restaurant. We had a lovely young lady named Analia who was so sweet, gracious and helpful! On our last day she saw me struggling to carry two cups of coffee to the courtyard and immediately ran to my rescue! She said, “Mr. Carl, let me help you” and took the cups and walked them gracefully to our table without spilling a drop! She then said anytime I needed to just say Analia, Help and she would be there! Such a ray of sunshine and the Hilton Garden in is so lucky to have such a great ambassador who’s very actions demonstrate the meaning of hospitality!"
