"The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer. "

"Check in was a bit confusing as the girl answered the door didn’t seem to be expecting us, she later explained there was some mixed up. The situation quickly improved once we met the owner Milagros, she’s attentive and communicated well with us in English. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and she got the lock problem resolved quickly. She even got up at 5:30am on our departure day to help with our luggages. "The property is very good for a family travelling and wanting to make some lunch/diner at home. We had difficulty getting hot water to take a shower even if we were taking a very fast shower but I think it is the same case everywhere in peru during the winter. No towels and face cloth were left to take our shower. No extra paper towels and nothing in the kitchen: no hand soap or dish soap. Just be aware to bring everything needed. Overall the place is very good. "
