Great location very near to the historical centre. Rooms were nice and clean staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel staff even allowed to store our extra luggage for couple of days while we were travelling to Machu Picchu Only a small recommendation the rooms were not noice proof and we could hear outside notices from early in the morning but otherwise a great experience

The room was very spacious and the beds are super comfortable. Since all the rooms face the courtyard and the dining below it could be a bit noisy but all went quiet after 10pm. The staff was helpful especially with ailments for altitude sickness.

The staff was extremely helpful, always checking in on us when we arrived and any time we would pass through the lobby. The laundry service through the hotel was very very easy- they dropped it off the next day to our room. The only thing we didn’t like was how loud it was. Since the rooms face inward to a courtyard, the sound travels up and echos. People were talking and closing doors all night, so had to have ear plugs. Loved the staff and the hotel, but it was too loud for us.
