When the guest tells staff that no one is to enter their room, no one enters their room. There should also be a good supply of do not disturb signs available at the motel. There are one too many people hanging out at room windows / property.

Inexpensive, Quite and good location
I choose to stay at this particular motel because it was within walking distance to Gabriel's. The venue for my friends party. Since i was going to be drinking, i didn't want to drive. But what i didnt know was it is a motel where displaced people go using a voucher. I was a little concerned after realizing this, however, i had absolutely no issues at all. The room was nice and clean. And my car was safe, as so was i walking to and from Gabriel's. I always say, you get what you pay for. I have no complaints about my stay!

There was roaches all over the place and I left the room after an hour of being there and they won’t refund my Money I’m going to let everyone know how nasty this place is and how inconvenient and inconsiderate the employees are

Property was not clean. Beds were very uncomfortable bathroom faucets were very slow. One of our rooms had an issue with water leakage and they took over an hour to give us a new room. We were exhausted from traveling and the service was very poor. Hallways smelled like marijuana and non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes. Overall very bad experience.

I did not like tobacco smoke which was coming out of other rooms in my area. Although I told the clerk Shante twice, she was empathetic and said she would advise management. In the interim it made my stay not comfortable. I had to put towels in the bottom of my door to keep out the tobacco smoke. In light of this uncomfortable weekend I will never stay there again. Smoking laws are not adhere to in this facility. All I wanted was to have a quiet getaway weekend

Overpriced
Had to grab a hotel last minute in town visiting friends. Grabbed this place. For $149 I wasn’t happy with the maybe bc when I spend $149 it’s a lot nicer. The rooms have been updated the bed was not bad. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. Which tells me the cleaning is laxed. I’ve stayed in worse and for last minute it fit but it’s not a $149 room. $89 at best I’ve stayed in really nice places for $75-85.

Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Property has discontinued daily room service/fresh towels/etc. Not a lot of green area around, hard to find an area to walk a dog. Sidewalks do not exist in the area around the property.

It was a very reasonably priced place. It did not feel especially safe although nothing happened while I was there, just a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot.
