"Good location since it’s just 2 minutes walk from the station, the building is an antique especially the lift with manual sliding doors 😀.Room is spacious and clean. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to town center and the museums. Enjoy the stay and properly will stay again next Genova trip."

"Front counter morning shift staff manner was very rude. He delayed our schedule to catch the morning flight and refused to give his name when being asked. Room temperature was low and cold. Heat was only turned on certain time and controlled by the hotel"

"The hotel’s location is very good, and the breakfast was excellent. The morning view was truly one of the best parts of the stay—absolutely beautiful. However, the hotel itself is very old and clearly needs renovation. It’s fine if you’re staying for just one night, but if you’re expecting a modern or updated hotel, be prepared for an older property."

"Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day. The new room was excellent and worth the money. "
