"The hotel is split into a south and north tower. If you stay in the north tower, you might have to go down to the lobby and get to the elevator to go to the lower lobby where you came in. Not bad once you figure it out, a little confusing if you're not used to this system. The staff was kind, friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was clean and stocked well. The bathroom does not have a ventilation system beyond opening the bathroom door. Housekeeping was wonderful! The views are beautiful as well. The pillows do get pretty flat very quickly, so you may want to request more pillows if you need to sleep elevated. I would definitely book here again."

"Great hotel stay! The staff was attentive to my request- asked that they provide non-feather pillows and before I settled in the room, they were replaced. I have stayed a few times at this property and the front desk staff are always friendly and professional. Beautiful hotel and clean! "

"Since I booked this trip I had issues !! When I arrived at hotel I was given room , as I went into room there was a terrible odor of mildew mold and smelled dirty . Front desk changed . New room was ok but phone didnt work. Anything I needed had to go to front desk from 9th floor. Requested room to be cleaned next day twice , house keeping never came . Breakfast was extremely crowded no sitting in dining room only one staff person servicing dining area. Food kept running out . The only positive thing I have to say is staff is hardworking . They are not the friendly but work hard. When my family and I left I can truly say we were relieved . We will never ever visit this property again . It was very old , outdated . Tv in room barely worked . Absolutely do not recommend ."
