"What can I say, Carmel Studios was a perfect place to enjoy Paros. Stella and her staff were incredibly welcoming and super helpful. We were greeted with amazingly baked goodies and a wonderful bottle of Greek white wine. The laundry service was exceptional and we received on the same day. The whole place was clean and picture perfect. Our room was cleaned everyday. Carmel was a stones throw away from the beach which was a perfect for relaxation. Don't expect modern features. "We got off to a bad start - there was nobody there when we arrived (it was early October). I found the owner's number and rang him, but he didn't seem to know about our booking. He asked what the rate was ihat Expedia had quoted. He then said he would send his father to sort it out. Father arrived (couldn't speak any English). Fortunately my Greek is enough to get by. He showed us a room that was dingy and drab then told us on the phone that we could have a sea view room for an extra 10 euros...
